Your work profile

As a Salesforce UI Developer, you’ll design, develop, and maintain responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces on the Salesforce Lightning Platform using LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SLDS. You’ll collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and performance-optimized solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and customize Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Build responsive user interfaces using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SLDS/SLDS 2.
- Integrate Salesforce data using Lightning Data Service, UI APIs, Apex, and REST APIs.
- Implement WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation,



screen reader support, focus management, and ARIA attributes.
- Conduct accessibility testing using tools such as axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, and JAWS.
- Optimize UI performance and troubleshoot browser compatibility and accessibility issues.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing using Jest for LWC.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to translate designs and business requirements into functional interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Education:

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

Location and Way of Working:

- Base location: PAN India
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
