As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our Bangalore team.

The OpportunityWe're hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business operations, client communications, and sales coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage client quotations, invoices, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and project updates.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.
- Manage client communications through emails and phone calls.
- Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and operational data.




- Assist with daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling client interactions.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are also welcome to apply.

Working HoursMonday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Saturday: Off

Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore (On-site)
