Role Description — Sales Staff

- Manage billing, transactions, and showroom displays.
- Build lasting customer relationships and follow up on sales leads.
- Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn about jewellery and gemstones.
- Basic billing, numerical, and computer skills.
- Skilled attitude and customer-first approach.
- Retail or luxury jewellery sales experience preferred.
