Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for engaging with customers on the shop floor, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services to drive sales. Day-to-day activities include demonstrating products, explaining features and pricing, managing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. The role also involves achieving daily and monthly sales targets, maintaining merchandising standards, updating product displays, and supporting promotional activities.

Executive will collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to ensure smooth operations, accurate billing, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong sales orientation with comfort in working toward targets, closing sales, and handling objections.
- Basic numerical and computer skills for billing, inventory checks, and updating sales information.
- Attention to detail and reliability in following store processes, including cash handling and documentation.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in commerce or business is an advantage.
