Role Description The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and internal teams on delivery schedules, resolving basic queries, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. The role involves updating and tracking sales performance reports, assisting with sales documentation, and supporting the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City,



requiring close collaboration with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide timely updates, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead management, follow-ups, and basic sales reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with basic CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a manufacturing or building materials context is an advantage.
