About the role

SisuCare Education is hiring a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at our Noida office to prepare and manage the government approvals and accreditations that let us open programs across the United States.

SisuCare is a US healthcare education company helping working adults build better careers. As we expand to new US states and programs, each one needs licences, approvals and renewals from US government bodies and accrediting agencies. You will work with a team that owns the paperwork end to end: researching requirements, preparing applications, tracking deadlines and following up until approval.

You don't need prior knowledge of US nursing education. You need the discipline, writing skill and regulatory mindset to learn it fast. Our US team will train you, handle in-person site visits and signatures, and connect you with regulators.

What you wil do?

- Research: study the licensing and approval rules for each recent US state or program and turn them into clear checklists.
- Prepare applications: build complete packages of forms, policies, catalogues, curriculum documents, staff records and evidence.
- Track deadlines: maintain the master compliance calendar of every approval, renewal, annual report and expiry date, so nothing lapses.
- Follow up: communicate with US regulators and accreditors by email and live calls, and push pending applications to a decision.
- Prepare for reviews: organise documents for audits, accreditation self-studies and due diligence on schools we may acquire.
- Coordinate: gather information and signatures from US colleagues, finance and the academic team.
- Keep things consistent: make sure internal policies and student documents match what regulators approved.
- Report: share weekly status with leadership on what is filed, pending and at risk.

Experience and Education
- 4–8 years in regulatory affairs,

compliance, licensing or documentation, preferably for US or other international clients.
- Strong backgrounds include pharma or medical device regulatory affairs (US FDA submissions), CRO, healthcare/RCM compliance, legal process outsourcing (LPO), US education or edtech operations, and corporate licensing or secretarial work.
- Bachelor's degree required. Preferred: LLB, MBA, MPH or Healthcare Management, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or Company Secretary (CS).
- Excellent written English: formal, precise documents a US government reviewer accepts the first time.
- Confident user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to research regulations, summarise documents and draft faster, while checking every output for accuracy.
- Advanced Word, Excel and Google Workspace; project or document management tools are a plus.

Who you are?
- Meticulous: you catch the missing signature, wrong date or outdated form before a regulator does.
- Persistent: you follow up politely and repeatedly until you get an answer.
- An owner: you treat each application as yours to deliver, not a task to pass along.
- A fast learner: you can read a 60-page regulation and summarise what we must do.
- Calm and organised: you handle many deadlines across multiple projects without anything slipping.
- Honest: you flag risks and mistakes early, because in regulation accuracy matters more than speed.

What we offer?
- Competitive salary, based on your experience and match to who we are looking for.
- Direct exposure to US government regulators and international leadership.
- Rare, valuable expertise in US education regulation that few professionals in India have.
- Training and close support from our US team.
- A growing company where strong performers take on more responsibility as we expand

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM US Pacific Time, from our Noida office.
