Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead regional sales operations and healthcare teams across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for team recruitment, training, business development, hospital coverage, product promotion, and the overall performance of Area Managers, Territory Managers, and Healthcare Specialists (HCS).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate regional sales and healthcare teams.
- Recruit, train, guide, and monitor Area Managers, Territory Managers, and Healthcare Specialists.
- Develop regional sales strategies and achieve business targets.
- Expand hospital coverage and build relationships with surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.




- Promote Colostocare products and strengthen brand awareness.
- Organize hospital workshops, product demonstrations, and ostomy care awareness programs.
- Support patient education and improve awareness of ostomy care products.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, product utilization, and resource allocation.
- Analyse HCS and Territory Manager reports, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, infection control practices, and patient privacy requirements.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, healthcare sales, medical devices, wound care, or ostomy care.
- Experience in team handling, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple territories and travel as required.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient-centred care practices.
