Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with knowledge of Order Management (OM), Supply Chain processes, and SAP. The candidate should have a strong interest in Quality Management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality standards across order management and supply chain processes.
- Identify process gaps and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Use SAP for process tracking, data management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.




- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in Quality Management and process improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Candidates interested in transitioning into Quality Management.
- Practical SAP experience is essential.
