Job Title: QA Intern

Job SummaryReyMould is looking for a detail-orientated and enthusiastic QA intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in testing software applications, identifying bugs, validating functionality, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in software quality assurance and testing.

Key Responsibilities· Perform manual testing and automation testing of web applications to identify defects and ensure functionality.

· Understand project requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios.

· Execute test cases and document test results.

· Identify, report, track, and retest bugs to ensure they are resolved.

· Perform API testing using Postman.

· Use SQL queries for basic database validation and data verification.

· Track bugs and manage testing tasks using Azure Boards.

· Collaborate with developers and team members to understand requirements and resolve issues.

· Assist in regression testing, functional testing, and other QA activities.

· Maintain test documentation and provide regular updates on testing progress.





Required Skills and Qualifications· Basic knowledge of manual testing and automation testing of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

· Understanding of test case writing, test execution, and bug reporting.

· Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.

· Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.

· Familiarity with Jira or Azure Boards for bug tracking and task management.

· Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new testing tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills· Knowledge of automation testing using Java or Python with Selenium.

· Basic understanding of performance testing.

· Familiarity with regression testing and functional testing.

Educational Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

· Freshers with a strong interest in software testing and quality assurance are encouraged to apply.
