We are Hiring QA Lead / Senior QA Consultant at Equal Experts
Quality isn’t a phase. It’s part of every decision, from architecture to the pipeline. We’re looking for QAs who shift left, apply best QA practices and build quality in from day one.
What you’ll do
- Work with clients and teams to embed quality in every stage of delivery
- Drive shift-left testing, so issues are caught early rather than late
- Apply and champion best QA practices across the test spectrum
- Mentor client team members in quality principles
- Pair with developers on test frameworks and join technical discussions
- Keep improving testing practices, with a transparent view of the whole test spectrum in support of continuous delivery
What you bring
- Deep knowledge of test methodologies and best QA practices, including non-functional testing
- Pragmatic choices of tools and frameworks for high-quality CI/CD pipelines
- A voice in architecture discussions, and an understanding of how those choices affect quality
- Experience in more than one language, and a willingness to pair and learn
- An analytical, curious mind that can zoom in on detail and out to the big picture
