QA Intern – Dumroo.ai

Dumroo.ai is hiring a remote QA Intern to make sure every release works as intended, through manual testing, test automation and close work with developers.

Location: Remote

Employment type: Internship (Full time)

Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM India Time)

Duration: 6 months, extendable or convertible to full-time based on performance

What you'll do

- Write and run test plans and test cases for new features and releases
- Perform functional, regression, UI and cross-browser testing on web and mobile
- Build and maintain automated tests for the UI and APIs
- Log clear, reproducible bug reports and verify fixes
- Test AI features for accuracy, consistency and edge cases
- Help improve QA processes and release checklists

What we're looking for

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science,



IT or a related field
- Understanding of the software testing lifecycle and types of testing
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript or Java
- Familiarity with a bug tracker such as Jira or GitHub Issues
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication

Nice to have

- Experience with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress
- API testing with Postman or similar tools
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
