About the OpportunityFuzentrix Education Private Limited is looking for a Python Full Stack Technical Trainer to develop and deliver a structured 30-hour video course for our Learning Management System (LMS).

We are looking for someone who can prepare technical subject content and teach it in front of a camera for educational video recordings.

This is a teaching and LMS content creation role, not a regular software developer position. The selected candidate will focus on preparing the course, developing presentations and scripts, demonstrating concepts, and teaching on camera. Our internal team will handle video shooting arrangements, editing, and the remaining production activities.

Topics to Be Covered

- Python programming: Basics to Advanced
- HTML and CSS
- JavaScript fundamentals
- React
- SQL/PostgreSQL and database integration
- Django or Flask
- REST APIs and authentication
- Git and GitHub
- Basic application deployment
- End-to-end Full Stack Project

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop the complete 30-hour curriculum and detailed topic-wise scripts.
- Prepare PPTs, explanations, diagrams, coding examples, practical exercises, assignments, and project materials.
- Teach concepts progressively from basics to advanced topics.
- Present and explain the prepared subject in front of the camera for LMS video recordings.
- Demonstrate concepts through presentations, screen-based explanations, and live coding.
- Make lessons easy to understand for college students with little or no prior knowledge.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions provided by our team.
- Complete the course within three months.

LMS Recording and Weekly Deliverables
- Videos should ideally be divided into topic-wise lessons of approximately 25–35 minutes each.




- The trainer must prepare the complete subject content and deliver the lessons on camera.
- Handwritten teaching and writing pads are not permitted. Use structured PPTs, coding demonstrations, and practical implementation.
- Our company will handle video shooting arrangements, editing, and the remaining production activities.
- Expected weekly output: 3 hours of final, edited, approved video content.
- The trainer must coordinate with our team for recording schedules and content revisions.

Working Schedule
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Location: Fuzentrix Education Private Limited, Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Work Arrangement: Completely offline, work from office

Budget and Compensation₹70,000 for the complete 30-hour course. This is the initial project budget, not a monthly salary. Compensation is negotiable depending on subject expertise, teaching quality, camera presentation skills, and the quality of the proposed content.
