Required Skills

Solid experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, UFT One, Playwright, or similar.

Strong experience with API testing and automation using Postman, Rest Assured, ReadyAPI, Karate,

or similar tools.

Experience developing automation solutions using C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or a similar language.

Experience designing and maintaining scalable, reusable automation frameworks.

Hands-on experience with web, API, database, file, and integration testing.

Strong SQL skills for backend validation, source-to-target reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Experience validating REST and SOAP services, including JSON and XML payloads, authentication,

response codes, schemas, and negative scenarios.

Experience validating XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-width, or similar file formats.

Experience integrating automated tests with Azure DevOps or a similar CI/CD platform.

Experience with Git or a similar source-control tool.

Ability to perform manual functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing when needed.

Ability to create clear test cases, test data, defect reports, execution results, and supporting documentation.

Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, communication,



and problem-solving skills.

Five or more years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.

Healthcare, health plan, insurance, or another regulated-industry experience is preferred.

Experience with claims, member, provider, enrollment, data conversion, or data-integration testing is preferred.

Exposure to performance-testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar is a plus.

Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI and API automation frameworks and libraries.

Create and execute automated smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.

Perform manual testing when automation is not practical, available, or appropriate.

Validate APIs, databases, files, backend processes, and system integrations.

Create and maintain test cases, automation scripts, test data, and execution evidence.

Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines and analyze execution results.

Log clear defects with reproducible steps, supporting evidence, impact, and test data.

Collaborate with onshore QA, developers, business analysts, product teams, and other project stakeholders.
