Project Planning &

- Coordination

- Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with approved project plans and schedules.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support project managers in day-to-day execution and monitoring of project progress.
- Organize project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.

Progress Monitoring &
- Reporting

- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Monitor project performance against schedules and highlight risks or delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues affecting project delivery.

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Contractors, Consultants, and Vendors.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders for effective execution.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending actions.

Documentation &
- Compliance

- Maintain project documentation, records, approvals, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure all project documents are updated, controlled, and archived as per company procedures.




- Support compliance with contractual, statutory, quality, and safety requirements.

Procurement &
- Resource Coordination

- Coordinate procurement activities and track material delivery schedules.
- Monitor resource deployment and availability at project sites.
- Ensure timely availability of required inputs for project execution.

Risk &
- Issue Management

- Identify project risks, constraints, and bottlenecks.
- Track mitigation actions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Process Improvement
- Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
- Support digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Experience

- 7-12 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, construction, infrastructure, ports, logistics, or industrial projects.
