Role Description The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that parking systems are manufactured according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves production planning, monitoring workflow, coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams, and resolving technical and operational issues on the shop floor.

The Production

Engineer will optimize processes, track performance metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives,



and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to support effective project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering knowledge, including manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and improve production efficiency.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning capabilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and clear reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, mechanical fabrication, or infrastructure projects, ideally in automation or industrial systems, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings, basic MS Office tools, and production monitoring software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to project deadlines.
