Role Description The Production Coordinator role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Production

Coordinator will support the smooth execution of VFX projects by organizing production schedules, tracking tasks, and coordinating resources across departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, updating status reports, and assisting production management in monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards. The role involves daily communication with internal teams and, when required,



external stakeholders to ensure clarity on priorities and workflow.

The Production

Coordinator will also help identify potential bottlenecks, support problem-solving efforts, and contribute to continuous improvements in production processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning and Production Management skills to manage schedules, resources, and delivery timelines.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Organization skills to prioritize tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure structured workflows.
- Experience in VFX, animation, or media production environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with production tracking tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, project management platforms) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace with strong attention to detail.
- Relevant education in film, media, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
