Role OverviewHYNT is looking for a highly driven and user-focused Product Manager to take ownership of building and improving the HYNT platform.

You will work closely with the Founder, Technology, Design, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, prioritise features, and drive products from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user behaviour, business requirements, technology, and product experience. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a feature or product from idea → planning → execution → launch → optimisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy &

- Roadmap

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to define HYNT's product vision and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to improve the platform for homeowners, professionals, and brands.
- Prioritise product initiatives based on user needs, business impact, feasibility, and company objectives.
- Maintain and continuously update the product roadmap.
- Convert business objectives into clear product strategies and actionable plans.

Product Discovery & • User Understanding

- Understand the needs, pain points, and behaviour of HYNT's users.
- Conduct user research, interviews, feedback sessions, and competitor analysis.
- Identify gaps and opportunities across the user journey.
- Work closely with the Business and Operations teams to understand real-world user and market requirements.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to make informed product decisions.

Product Requirements

- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Create clear PRDs/BRDs and product documentation for the technology and design teams.
- Map complete user journeys and identify edge cases before development.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by all stakeholders.

Product Development & • Execution

- Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers throughout the product development cycle.
- Break larger initiatives into manageable features, releases,



and milestones.
- Coordinate with Technology and Design teams to ensure timely execution.
- Clarify requirements and resolve product-related questions during development.
- Track development progress and ensure features are delivered as planned.

Launch & • Product Adoption

- Coordinate product launches with Marketing, Business, Operations, and other relevant teams.
- Prepare launch requirements, communication, and internal documentation.
- Monitor adoption and user engagement after launch.
- Identify issues and opportunities for improvement following a release.

Product Analytics & • Optimisation

- Track key product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and feature adoption.
- Analyse user behaviour and identify drop-offs in key journeys.
- Use data and feedback to improve existing features.
- Run experiments and A/B tests where appropriate.
- Continuously optimise the product experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Act as the bridge between business requirements and technology execution.
- Ensure all teams are aligned on product priorities and timelines.
- Communicate product decisions and progress clearly to stakeholders.

Quality & • User Experience

- Ensure new features meet defined requirements and provide a seamless user experience.
- Participate in product testing and UAT before releases.
- Identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain a high standard of product quality across the platform.

Skills & • Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Design, or a related field.




- 2–6 years of experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role.
- Experience working on consumer-facing mobile apps or digital platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, and product documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with engineering and design teams.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus.
