We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Support Intern to join our team. The intern will help clients understand our software products, guide them through product demonstrations and free trials, and ensure that product features work as expected.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in software products, customer support, product testing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Explain software products and their features to clients through online demonstrations.

Guide clients through product registration, onboarding, and free-trial usage.

Help clients understand how to use different features and workflows.

Test product features, buttons, forms, dashboards, and user flows.

Identify and report bugs, technical issues, and usability problems to the development team.

Retest features after bug fixes and verify that they work correctly.

Collect client feedback and help improve the overall user experience.





Maintain clear records of reported issues and testing activities.

Requirements

Good communication and explanation skills.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Willingness to learn software products and new technologies.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Basic knowledge of software testing or customer support is an advantage.

Compensation: Unpaid internship

PPO Chance: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be offered to eligible candidates based on performance and business requirements.

Certificate: Internship completion certificate, subject to successful completion.

LOR: Letter of Recommendation (LOR) for eligible interns based on performance and contribution.
