Role Description The Production Coordinator at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring that manufacturing and installation tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with production, project, and procurement teams to align resources, materials, and timelines for multiple parking infrastructure projects.

The Production

Coordinator will maintain production records, prepare reports,



and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. This role also requires regular communication with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage priorities, and support smooth execution of project deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess production planning skills, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should possess production management skills, including monitoring output, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess project management skills, including timeline tracking, risk identification, and collaboration with engineering and installation teams.
- Candidates should possess organization skills, including attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure projects, preferably in industrial or construction environments.
- Working knowledge of production planning tools, ERP or project management software is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Understanding of safety standards and quality assurance practices in manufacturing and installation projects.
