Pre-Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to connect with US-based customers through inbound and outbound calls, understand their requirements, and assist them throughout the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about services.

Explain service features, benefits, and offerings clearly to customers.

Meet assigned performance and quality standards.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

12th passed or graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Comfortable communicating with US-based customers through inbound and outbound calls.

Positive customer-handling and active listening skills.

Job Details

Shift: Night Shift

- Salary: 15000 to 22000 in hand with performance-based incentives.
