Role Description The Operations Trainee will support day-to-day operational activities that enable smooth delivery of BEFIQRR’s financial services. This includes assisting with client onboarding, documentation, and data entry, as well as coordinating with sales and advisory teams to ensure timely processing of transactions and service requests. The role involves monitoring workflows, helping track projects, preparing basic reports, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

The Operations

Trainee will also help identify process gaps, suggest improvements,



and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Qualifications

- Manage insurance policy renewal reminders, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely policy renewals.
- Assist with policy documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy issuance and renewals.
- Track pending requests and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Support daily administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, Finance, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about insurance products and financial services.
