Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live online Mathematics classes for students in Grades 1 to 5.
- Explain mathematical concepts using visual aids, interactive games, practical examples and real-life applications.
- Prepare lessons and activities according to the student's grade level, learning needs and curriculum.
- Strengthen students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills.
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles and paces.
- Assess student progress through worksheets, quizzes, assignments and regular assessments.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional practice and support where required.
- Share constructive feedback on student progress with parents.
- Maintain attendance, lesson records and student progress updates in the LMS.
- Create a positive, engaging and encouraging online learning environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mathematics, Education or a related discipline preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Mathematics to primary school students is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Mathematics concepts across Grades 1–5.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts using age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes using video conferencing and digital teaching tools.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop and a quiet teaching workplace.
