- Database Administration which includes managing, configuring and maintaining MS-SQL databases
- In-depth expertise and guidance in all aspects of MS-SQL database management
- MS-SQL Database Performance Tuning and optimizing MS-SQL databases for improved performance and responsiveness.
- MS-SQL Database Management and High Availability Setup such as replication and failover mechanism, to ensure continuous access of data.
- Creating and maintaining data models to ensure data integrity and effective querying.
- MS-SQL Database Backup,
Recovery and DR Planning, Setup & Management
- Implementing and maintaining database security measures, including access controls, encryption, and authentication.
- Collaboration with developers, system administrators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
- Scalability to database to accommodate future growth and increased data volumes.
- Version Upgrades and patching and applying patches to ensure the security and stability of MS-SQL.
- Ability to work with various operating systems, especially RHEL.
- Familiar with the monitoring tools to track database performance
