Role Description

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 SME with strong hands-on expertise in Exchange Online and Microsoft Intune to provide advanced operational support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and technical analysis across enterprise messaging and endpoint management environments.

The role will serve as an L3 escalation point for complex incidents and service issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend remediation, and coordinate with the appropriate client/internal teams where administrative changes or implementation activities are required.

The SME will also guide L1/L2 support teams and contribute to knowledge management and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Exchange Online & Messaging Provide L3 operational support and troubleshooting for Exchange Online, including user, shared and resource mailboxes, distribution lists, Microsoft 365 groups, public folders, and mail-flow-related issues.

Troubleshoot mail flow issues related to connectors, transport rules, accepted domains, SMTP routing, and hybrid environments.





Support and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments, including dependencies related to Hybrid Configuration and Microsoft Entra Connect / Cloud Sync.

Investigate email delivery and security issues involving Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

Troubleshoot issues associated with anti-spam, anti-phishing, Protected Links, Safe Attachments, and quarantine.

Analyze email authentication issues involving SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, TLS, and certificates.

Support operational and troubleshooting activities related to Microsoft Purview capabilities such as retention, eDiscovery, DLP, litigation hold, and sensitivity labels.

Use tools such as Message Trace and Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer to diagnose messaging issues.

Document findings and coordinate/escalate required configuration changes to the appropriate client or authorized teams.
