Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential clients who are looking to raise equity for their companies. This role requires someone with strong networking, communication, and marketing skills to build relationships with business owners, startups, and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients (startups, SMEs, and businesses) looking to raise equity or attract investors.
- Lead Generation: Utilize marketing strategies such as cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and other digital marketing techniques to source potential leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitors.
- Pitching and Proposal Preparation:



Develop customized presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to align client acquisition strategies with company goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation and sales activity to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, client acquisition, or business development, preferably in the finance or investment sector.
- Skills:Strong networking and communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
- Knowledge of the equity raising process (funding rounds, venture capital, private equity, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attributes: Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
