Role Description The Marketing Manager role at ReluNex Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai.

The Marketing

Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the company’s AI, software, and hardware solutions, including planning campaigns, defining positioning, and managing brand messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating marketing plans, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating content and collateral, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The role also involves collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand offerings, generate demand, and support go-to-market initiatives.

Manager will manage budgets, work with external agencies or partners when needed, and ensure consistent,



evidence-based communication across all channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content marketing and communications, such as writing marketing copy, overseeing design assets, and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to inform targeting and product positioning.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and on-time execution of campaigns.
