Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern will support the growth of Seetharam Tech Services by assisting with market research, lead generation, and execution of marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target industries and customers, collecting and organizing market data, and supporting the development of marketing materials and outreach content. The intern will help coordinate meetings, follow up with prospective clients,



and assist in maintaining customer and prospect databases.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with prospects, clients, and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Fundamental understanding of Sales processes, including lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy, including basic concepts of branding, digital outreach, and campaign planning.
- Interest in technology domains such as AI, ML, IoT, and automation, with a willingness to learn and understand technical solutions.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with online research tools.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
