Work model: Remote + Field, based in Tamil Nadu, with extensive hospital visits and travel

Your role

- Build partnerships with hospitals, transplant coordinators, ICU teams and skin/tissue banks.
- Strengthen donor identification, notification and compassionate consent pathways.
- Coordinate authorised retrieval teams and timely tissue handover.
- Lead stakeholder awareness programmes and improve programme performance.

Who should apply?

- Self-motivated professionals with experience in deceased organ donation, transplant coordination, donor counselling or tissue banking.
- Kidney, liver and multi-organ transplant-coordination experience is welcome. Direct skin/tissue-banking experience is preferred; strong transferable deceased-donation experience will also be considered.
- Tamil proficiency is strongly preferred; English proficiency is required. Extensive travel and availability for time-sensitive coordination are essential.
