Arth by Mayfair is a luxury wellness-and-wildlife retreat brand from Mayfair Hotels & Resorts, developed and managed by Mayfair Elixir. Built on the promise "Stay With Us, Stay With Nature," Arth creates slow, immersive retreats set beside forests and wildlife sanctuaries, where guests come to heal, nourish and move. Our debut property, Arth by Mayfair Kumaon in Almora, Uttarakhand, brings together holistic wellness, sustainable luxury and a deep sense of place in the Himalayan foothills.

Role Description The Marketing Communications Executive is a full-time, in office role based at Arth by Mayfair Kumaon, Almora. You will be the storyteller on the ground, building the Arth brand through content that is authentic, calm and rooted in nature.

You will plan and create content around wellness and wildlife that our audiences genuinely connect with: morning rituals and wellness therapies, mindful cuisine, forest walks, birdlife, local Kumaoni culture and the changing seasons. Most of this content will be shot at the property and in the surrounding landscape, then designed, edited and published by you.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Shooting photos and videos on-site and in the surrounding region, and editing them into reels, stories and short-form videos
- Designing social media posts, guest collateral, menus, signage and campaign creatives on Canva, in line with Arth brand guidelines
- Planning and managing Arth's social media calendar to grow engagement and an engaged community
- Drafting press releases, coordinating PR efforts and supporting media and influencer visits




- Working with the wellness, F&B;, naturalist and guest experience teams to capture guest stories and experiences
- Tracking campaign and content performance, and preparing regular reports and insights for management

Qualifications

- Strong marketing communications skills, with the ability to write clear, warm and brand-aligned copy
- Hands-on proficiency in Canva for designing posts, presentations and print collateral
- Ability to shoot and edit reels and short-form video (on CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush or similar); good mobile photography skills
- A creative eye for nature, wellness and lifestyle content, and a genuine interest in wildlife, sustainability and mindful living
- Experience with social media content planning, posting and performance tracking across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Experience with press releases and PR is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage
- Willingness to live and work on-site in Almora, and comfort working outdoors across seasons
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, wellness or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media or a related field preferred; a strong content portfolio matters more than the degree
