Role Description The Legal Intern role at Reputiqi is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The intern will assist with reviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, policies, and compliance-related materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations, supporting the team with analysis of legal issues related to AI, technology, data protection, and intellectual property, and helping prepare summaries and reports for internal stakeholders.





The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide basic legal support, maintain organized legal records, and help ensure alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Law and ability to understand and interpret Legal Issues relevant to AI, technology, and data privacy.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, policies, and legal correspondence.
- Strong Communication skills for clearly presenting legal findings, collaborating with teams, and preparing concise legal summaries.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a law degree program (LLB or equivalent), with interest in technology and AI-related legal matters.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and research abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate effectively with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
