About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Hospitality from the Building Materials industry who has a strong network within hotel corporate offices and proven experience in selling building material products for hotel projects.

The ideal candidate should already have established relationships with leading hotel chains, corporate procurement teams, purchase heads, project heads, and other key decision-makers. This role requires a relationship-driven sales professional who can generate business through existing industry connections and secure orders for hospitality projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management in the Building Materials industry.
- Proven experience selling products for hotel projects,



hospitality projects, or hotel construction and renovation.
- Must have an existing network within leading hotel chains and their corporate offices.
- Robust connections with hotel corporate procurement, purchase, project, and engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to convert existing relationships into business opportunities and revenue.
- Revenue-oriented mindset with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Comes from the Building Materials industry.
- Has experience selling building material or hotel-related products for hospitality projects.
- Already knows key decision-makers in hotel chains and corporate hospitality groups.

Salary Range: 15-16 LPA
