About the role: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. The role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and decision-makers, managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, handling escalations, and driving account growth.

You’ll Do

- Manage multiple requirements and positions per month across multiple accounts
- Build and manage relationships with business stakeholders and decision-makers
- Own end-to-end account management, including client relationships, delivery, escalations, and business growth
- Manage and monitor account profitability and profit margins
- Own/track the annual revenue and overall book of business across accounts
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen across revenue, margins, account profitability, and business growth
- Identify and drive account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities




- Manage multiple accounts and requirements simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and strong stakeholder relationships

You’ll Need

- Robust commercial acumen, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- MBA degree from Teir 1 institution.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, including direct interaction with business and technology decision-makers
- Strong understanding of revenue, margins, profitability, and account growth
