## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads for online courses, certification programmes, bootcamps, and webinars.
- Develop data-driven campaign strategies aligned with enrolment targets, marketing budgets, and business growth objectives.
- Conduct audience research, build targeted and retargeting segments, and perform A/B testing across creatives, messaging, placements, and lead forms.
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, focusing on lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, persuasive copy, and effective promotional offers.
- Analyse competitor campaigns, identify emerging EdTech marketing opportunities, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with sales teams to understand lead feedback and refine targeting to increase qualified enquiries and enrolments.




- Prepare concise weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

### 2. Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media channels while maintaining consistent brand positioning and communication.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars supporting brand awareness, learner engagement, course promotions, and lead generation objectives.
- Develop creative concepts for reels, carousels, educational posts, testimonials, stories, and promotional campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance; use insights to improve organic visibility and audience interaction.
- Stay informed about platform updates, content trends, competitor activities, and best practices to strengthen the company’s digital presence.
