Role Description The IT Support Engineer role at CodeChavo is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the IT Support Engineer will provide technical support to end users, respond to help desk tickets, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves performing routine system administration tasks, assisting with system updates and configurations, and ensuring that IT services remain stable and secure.

The IT Support Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document incidents and resolutions, and help improve support processes and knowledge bases. The position also requires clear communication with stakeholders, prioritization of issues,



and proactive monitoring of IT systems to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to handle user requests, incidents, and service inquiries efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and System Administration skills to manage systems, user accounts, configurations, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess proven Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
