Growthally Advisors, a leading Investment Banking and Financial Advisory firm with 15+ years of experience, is looking for ambitious and commercially driven professionals to join its Equity Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development &

- Deal Origination

- Identify and acquire corporate clients seeking equity fundraising and strategic investments.
- Originate mandates across Pre-IPO, IPO, QIP, Private Placement, PE/VC Funding, and Growth Capital.
- Build relationships with promoters, founders, CFOs, CXOs, Family Offices, AIFs, and institutional investors.
- Drive client meetings, proposals, mandate acquisition, and deal pipeline conversions.
- Generate qualified business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Transaction Execution

- Support financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modelling.
- Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, and investor presentations.
- Coordinate investor discussions, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
- Assist senior investment bankers in executing equity fundraising mandates.





Candidate Requirements 1–5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Equity Advisory, Capital Raising, Corporate Finance, or Business Development within financial services. Strong client acquisition, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Understanding of equity fundraising, capital markets, and valuation.

Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

MBA Finance / CA / CFA preferred.

We are specifically looking for business development-oriented Investment Banking professionals, not purely Equity Research or Financial Modelling candidates.
