Growthally Advisors, a leading Investment Banking and Financial Advisory firm with 15+ years of experience, is looking for dynamic, commercially driven, and result-oriented M&A; professionals to join our Investment Banking team.

? Business Development &

- M&A; Deal Origination

- Identify and acquire corporate clients for Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A; mandates.
- Originate opportunities across Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestments, Strategic Investments, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Restructuring.
- Build relationships with promoters, founders, CFOs, CXOs, PE/VC Funds, Family Offices, and strategic investors.
- Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and drive mandate acquisition.
- Develop strategic buyer and seller networks to identify potential transaction opportunities.
- Manage business pipelines, client relationships, and mandate conversions.
- Contribute toward revenue generation and successful deal closures.

? M&A; Transaction Execution

- Support financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modelling.
- Prepare Pitch Decks, Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and Transaction Presentations.
- Assist in transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, and internal teams.
- Support senior investment bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle.

- Candidate Requirements





✅ 1–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A; Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or relevant Business Development roles. ✅

- Robust exposure to Corporate Client Acquisition, M&A; Deal Origination, or Mandate Generation preferred.

✅
- Understanding of Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A; transactions.

✅
- Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

✅
- Working knowledge of valuation, financial analysis, and corporate finance.

✅
- MBA Finance / CA / CFA preferred.

Important: This is a Business Development-focused M&A; Investment Banking role, not a purely valuation, research, or transaction execution position.
