Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Support – UK Process. Candidates with fluent English communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based customers.
- Provide excellent customer support by understanding and resolving customer queries.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing and potential customers.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and achieve sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, offers, and services clearly.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and update call details accurately in the system.
- Achieve assigned targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales performance.




- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma holders, and Graduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Candidates should be comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, and target-based performance.
