About The Opportunity

We are seeking two DMS Support Interns to support the day-to-day operations of the Distributor Management System (DMS) within the Sales Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth DMS functioning, timely issue resolution, accurate data management, and consistent adoption across Channel Partners (Distributors).

Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with distributors for daily DMS activities and pending tasks.
- Follow up on orders, invoices, inventory updates, and required data.
- Address routine queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor and report DMS issues raised by distributors and Sales Teams.
- Coordinate with IT/M-Assist teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain issue trackers and follow up until closure.
- Maintain and validate distributor, customer, and SKU master data.
- Support data uploads, updates, corrections, and verification.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain records of changes.
- Coordinate inventory updates, stock audits, orders, invoices, and sales data.
- Reconcile DMS data with ERP and distributor records.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for correction.
- Support new distributor onboarding and DMS implementation.
- Assist with data collection, validation, credentials, and initial setup.
- Follow up with distributors to ensure successful implementation and regular usage.




- Assist distributors with basic DMS navigation and process-related queries.
- Monitor DMS usage and follow up on adoption gaps.
- Identify recurring issues and support user training and process improvements.
- Maintain daily and weekly trackers for onboarding, issues, and pending activities.
- Prepare status reports and MIS related to DMS operations.
- Support the DMS Project Team with documentation and operational reports.

Skills & Qualifications - Must-Have

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Solid follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with distributors and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn DMS processes and support daily operations.

Preferred

- Relevant internship experience is an advantage.
