Physics Wallah (PW) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Intern to support vendor identification, commercial negotiations, agreement execution, and end-to-end procurement operations.

? Position Details

- Role: Procurement Intern
- Location: Noida, Sector 62
- Work Mode: On-site
- Type: Internship
- Stipend: ₹8,000/month
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to collect requirements, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Support commercial negotiations, cost comparisons, and savings analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scope finalization, approvals, and procurement requirements.
- Support vendor agreement review, execution, and documentation.
- Track purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and procurement activities until closure.




- Maintain procurement trackers, vendor records, and documentation for better visibility and process efficiency.

? Ideal Candidate

- Currently pursuing or a graduate in BBA, B.Com, BMS, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups.
- Interested in procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and business operations.
