Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Interior Project Coordinator to coordinate interior projects, monitor project progress, and ensure timely execution by collaborating with clients, architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate interior design and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Track materials, procurement, deliveries, and site requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate client meetings and communicate project updates.
- Identify project delays and coordinate corrective actions.




- Ensure project execution follows approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
- Support project budgeting and cost control.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior project coordination, preferably in an architectural or interior fit-out firm.
- Positive knowledge of interior fit-out execution and project scheduling.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
