We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Content Manager to handle end-to-end content planning and execution for creator and podcast. The role involves developing engaging content ideas, managing content calendars, coordinating shoots and edits, researching podcast guests, and preparing compelling interview questions.

1. Influencer Content Management

- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels and other social media formats.
- Develop fresh content ideas, creative concepts, hooks, scripts and captions.
- Research social media trends, viral formats and competitor content.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots, including references, shot lists and schedules.
- Coordinate with editors and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Review content for quality, storytelling, brand alignment and accuracy.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement and growth.

2. Podcast Research & Production

- Research podcast guests, their backgrounds, careers, achievements, interviews and relevant stories.




- Develop engaging, insightful and conversational interview questions.
- Structure podcast episodes with strong openings, follow-up questions and audience-relevant discussions.
- Identify interesting stories, lesser-known facts and potential highlights for short-form clips.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth episode planning and execution.
- Review transcripts and identify solid moments for Reels, teasers and promotional content.

3. Brand Collaborations & Campaigns

- Understand brand briefs and translate them into creator-led content concepts.
- Develop scripts and creative ideas for sponsored content.
- Coordinate deliverables, feedback, revisions, and deadlines with internal teams.
- Ensure brand messaging is integrated naturally while maintaining the creator’s voice.
