About the Role

We are looking for a goal-driven, communicative Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for professionals looking to build global careers. You will evaluate profile eligibility, advise clients on visa pathways (including Skilled Migration, Permanent Residency, and Opportunity Cards for destinations like Canada, Australia, and Germany), and guide them through our consultation process.

If you are a fast learner with a knack for closing sales and building genuine trust with prospective clients, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Consultation: Connect with warm leads generated through our marketing channels via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Profile Assessment: Conduct preliminary profile evaluations (education, work experience, language proficiency) to determine eligibility for various immigration and PR programs.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain follow-ups with prospective applicants, address queries or objections, and guide clients through the onboarding and registration process.

CRM & Record Keeping: Log daily interaction notes,



pipeline stages, and conversion metrics accurately in the CRM.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on international visa processes, eligibility criteria, and policy changes to provide accurate guidance.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1+ years of proven inside sales, tele-sales, or counseling experience (experience in overseas education, immigration, or consultative sales is a solid advantage).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or Telugu is a plus.

Sales Drive: Confident negotiator with strong active-listening skills and a focus on closing deals.

Learning Agility: Ability to quickly grasp regulatory guidelines, points-based immigration grids, and program requirements.
