About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team.This is a outstanding opportunity for MBA freshers and fresh graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in the complete hiring process.

What You'll Do

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to achieve hiring targets.

Who We're Looking For

- Fresher in HR or 6 months of experienced in HR.




- MBA freshers or fresh graduates specialized in HR.
- HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interested in recruitment and interacting with people.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
