Position: Hindi News SEO Editor (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced, independent professional who can manage the complete Hindi news content workflow—from topic research and original article writing to WordPress publishing, on-page SEO and performance monitoring.

This role is suitable for candidates who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Research trending and relevant topics using search trends, search intent and competitor analysis.
- Write original, accurate, well-structured Hindi news articles with proper fact-checking and credible sources.
- Independently publish and format articles in WordPress.
- Optimize SEO titles, meta descriptions, URLs, headings and keyword placement using Rank Math or similar tools.
- Add relevant internal links and credible external references.
- Select appropriate featured images and optimize dimensions, file size, alt text and usage rights.
- Follow Google Search Essentials and content quality policies.
- Monitor published articles through Google Search Console and identify opportunities to improve organic search performance.
- Maintain editorial accuracy, originality and publishing deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous hands-on experience with Hindi news websites or digital publishing.




- Proven experience in SEO-focused content writing and WordPress publishing.
- Practical understanding of keyword research, search intent and on-page SEO.
- Ability to independently handle the complete article workflow without step-by-step instructions.
- Solid Hindi writing, research, fact-checking and editing skills.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and SEO performance metrics.

Selection Process

Shortlisting will be based on portfolio quality, relevant experience and an interview. A short paid evaluation period may be discussed with shortlisted candidates before work begins. Compensation and deliverables will be agreed upon in advance.
