About VoorentVoorent is a furniture and appliance rental company helping customers furnish their homes affordably. We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented intern who can create engaging content, grow our social media presence, and support customer data and payment follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Growth & Social Media

- Develop creative ideas to grow Voorent’s Instagram and other social media channels.
- Create and execute growth strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and leads.
- Research trending Reels, viral content, and competitor strategies.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.

2. Content Creation

- Write scripts, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and other short-form videos.
- Visit customer homes, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities for content shoots.
- Create customer testimonials, product showcases, and relatable brand stories.
- Manage content planning,



posting, and consistency.

3. Data & Customer Coordination

- Maintain customer payment records, pending dues, and daily data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Call customers for payment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Track payments received, outstanding amounts, and returned assets.

Required Skills
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of Instagram trends.
- Good video shooting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Robust communication skills and confidence in making customer calls.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and focused on measurable growth.
