Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Graphic

Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, product packaging, and educational content that reflect Shadanga’s Ayurvedic brand identity. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate brand guidelines into consistent visual assets, creating logos and icons, selecting typography,



and ensuring cohesive branding across all touchpoints. Daily tasks include refining design drafts, preparing files for production, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and staying aligned with project timelines.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute ideas for creative campaigns and help evolve the visual language of the brand as it grows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring readability and aesthetic balance across materials.
- Skilled in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work for wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
