Position: Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to build and evolve our Submission Intake and Renewal Workbench. You will develop production-quality applications across the frontend and backend, contribute to cloud deployments, and work directly with customer teams to deliver solutions that address real business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Build backend APIs, application services, and integrations with enterprise systems and third-party data sources.
- Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces and reliable backend services.
- Design and work with PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Deploy and support applications in Azure or AWS environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure configuration, and DevOps practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and security.
- Follow sound engineering practices, including modular design, readable code, automated testing, code reviews, and appropriate documentation.
- Work directly with customer technology teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements,



discuss technical options, and communicate progress.
- Take ownership of features from understanding the problem through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
- Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices and apply them where they add value.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience building production applications with Node.js and React.js.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend services, frontend architecture, and full-stack application design.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Practical experience deploying or supporting applications in Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software development workflows.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, with the ability to critically review, test, and validate generated code.
- Robust understanding of software engineering fundamentals and practices for building maintainable, secure, reliable applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, curiosity to learn, and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with NestJS or other structured Node.js frameworks.
- Experience with data engineering, document processing, data ingestion, or data transformation pipelines.
- Familiarity with property and casualty insurance, commercial underwriting, or insurance submission workflows.
- Exposure to insurance platforms such as Guidewire or Duck Creek.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications, external APIs, or workflow automation solutions.
- Experience building AI-enabled applications or integrating large language models into production workflows.

Work Timings: 1.30pm-10.30pm IST
