Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Mohpa.

The Freight

Broker will identify and secure new shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and manage freight bookings to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating dispatch activities, tracking loads, resolving service issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers and carriers. The role involves building and managing accounts, maintaining accurate documentation, and using logistics and brokerage software to monitor shipments and performance.





The Freight

Broker will collaborate with internal team members to support operational efficiency and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Robust Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, with experience matching shippers and carriers and negotiating competitive rates.
- Customer Service and Account Management abilities to build relationships, manage client expectations, and support long-term partnerships.
- Dispatching experience to coordinate loads, schedule pickups and deliveries, and communicate effectively with drivers and carrier partners.
- Knowledge of U.S. transportation, trucking operations, and basic logistics terminology.
- Proficiency with logistics, TMS, or brokerage software and common office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, CRM systems).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohpa and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Prior experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or logistics is preferred; relevant education in business, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
