About The Proteinest The Proteinest is a D2C plant-based nutrition brand. We build products people come back for, and we grow on brand and retention rather than ad spend. We are a small team, and everyone here does real work from day one.

The Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern who wants to learn how a brand actually runs, by working on every part of it. You will sit close to the founders and pick up work across sales, operations, marketing, content & community.

There is no fixed lane. One week you may be on a sales call, the next you may be fixing an ops bottleneck or planning a content series. If you like variety and want to figure things out on your own, this will suit you.

What You’ll Work On

- Sales: reach out to leads, follow up, support partnerships & help close deals.
- Operations: track orders, coordinate with vendors & keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.
- Marketing: support campaigns, ad creatives,



email flows & performance tracking.
- Content: research ideas, write captions & scripts, and help produce social content.
- Community: engage with customers, handle feedback & help build a group around the brand.
- Special projects: take on whatever the founders need that week, from research to events.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication, written and spoken.
- Curious, quick to learn & comfortable with work that changes every week.
- Takes ownership. You spot what needs doing and do it without being told.
- Organised, with the discipline to follow through on small tasks.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work faster.
- Available full-time, on-site in Gurugram, for 3 months.

Nice to Have

- Any past experience in sales, marketing, content, or running a project of your own.
- Interest in startups, fitness, nutrition, or wellness.
- A college club, side project or event you have led.
