We are hiring 6 Design Faculty members in Jaipur to teach, mentor and shape the next generation of designers.

Openings

- Fashion Design Faculty: 2 positions
- Interior Design Faculty: 2 positions
- Communication Design Faculty: 2 positions

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | Type: Full-time, on-site

What you’ll do

- Teach studio and theory courses in your specialisation
- Run studio critiques, guide student projects and mentor final portfolios
- Bring live briefs, industry visits, workshops and guest lectures into the classroom
- Help update the curriculum with current trends and tools
- Assess student work with clear rubrics and constructive feedback
- Support exhibitions, showcases and events

Courses by specialisation

- Fashion: Fashion Illustration, Pattern Making and Garment Construction, Draping, Textile Studies, Styling
- Interior: Interior Design Studio, Space Planning,



Materials and Construction, Lighting, Furniture Design
- Communication: Visual Design and Typography, Branding, UI/UX, Motion Graphics, Illustration, Photography and Video

Who we’re looking for

- Master’s degree in the relevant field (Fashion Design, Interior Design or Architecture, Communication or Visual Design). B.Des/M.Des preferred.
- 2+ years of teaching or industry experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply.
- Proficiency in the relevant tools:
- Fashion: Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, pattern making
- Interior: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max, V-Ray or Lumion
- Communication: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion tools
- A strong portfolio and transparent communication with students

Good to have

- A PhD or prior academic experience
